I know I said last week went quickly, but it was nothing compared to this week. I didn’t even had time to blink and the week was gone. I only spent one day in the office, Monday, and, on that day, I felt like I didn’t even get much done.
I feel like I blinked and this past week was gone. It went so quickly. This past weekend, my best friend from home came and spent the weekend with me. We did as much as we possibly could in the 2 days she was here.
This past week has been probably my least exciting week to report so far. For the first time, I spent all five days in the office. I have been hard at work at developing lessons for a K-8 Waves and Sound Workshop to be held in Cincinnati this July.
This week has been an incredible and challenging week of learning, growing and changing perspectives. I was looking at some pictures and posts on Tuesday from only a week and three days earlier. They were during the last couple days of student teaching.
I can’t believe I made it to this point. I made it through the week. Everything started out busy. Friday was my last week of student teaching, Saturday I graduated, Sunday I packed and completed my last minute tasks before I left, flew out Monday morning and moved in that afternoon.
Week 9 was my final week in the AAPT office. I spent the week wrapping up a bunch of smaller projects and parts of projects, including gathering data for the Bootstrap for Physics workshop currently ongoing in New York.
