The 2016 Quadrennial Physics Congress (PhysCon) will be a cutting-edge, life-changing meeting where undergraduate physics students, alongside mentors and alumni, will be immersed in the topics of innovation and technology.

We encourage your organization to partner with Sigma Pi Sigma in this tremendous opportunity to reach over 1000 physics undergrads who are the future of optics, engineering, science, and technology ingenuity in the United States.

Diamond Level $100,000

Gold Level $20,000

Titanium Level $5,000

  • Direct underwriting of conference signage, including: Directional Signage,
  • Registration Signage, and other informational signage

Bronze Level $2,500

  • Signage prominently displayed throughout the event meeting space

Year Round Collaboration Options

Society of Physics Students (SPS)/Sigma Pi Sigma Scholarships and Awards. Help university chapters and physics undergraduates with funding for school, outreach, research, and more.

SPS Internship Program. Help fund valuable summer internships for students. If your company is located in the DC area, it could be possible to sponsor interns to work directly with your company.

SPS Zone Meetings and AIP Member Society Meetings. In addition to the Quadrennial Physics Congress, regional SPS meetings are held annually across the USA. Also, SPS hosts student presentations and receptions at AIP Member Society Meetings, including OSA, APS, AAPT, and others.
