This week was so busy and exciting all at the same time. I was really only at NIST twice this week. Monday and Tuesday of work were filled with data analysis. Officially the busyness began on Wednesday. We took our NASA tour on Wednesday and it was so cool!
Week 8 of my internship was full of new and interesting places! On Wednesday, all the interns had the chance to visit NASA Goddard and see a lot of cool stuff there.
This was the 8th week of my internship. That means I've spent 80,640 minutes or 4,838,400 seconds as an SPS intern. With only two weeks left, it's hard to find where the time went! Significant progress has been made on the website.
I started off this week in the office, filling out an excel spreadsheet about Clinton/Kaine and Trump/Pence views on science policy for a potential article.
Monday was a travel day for me and of course travel tends to make well planned days a disaster. Long story short, I landed in DC at just after 9:30 pm but did not make it home until jut before midnight when the trip should have taken no more than 30 minutes including waiting for a cab.
