To go along with this year's Science Outreach Catalyst Kit (SOCK), the SPS SOCKMonkeys created a video demonstrating a chain reaction in nuclear fission. This demo features 270 mouse traps, 270 ping pong balls, and 2 hours of setup for a finale that lasted a grand total of 5 seconds. |
