The SPS National Council, the governing body for the Society of Physics Students (SPS) and Sigma Pi Sigma, the physics honor society, will convene for its annual meeting at Fermilab, IL, November 6-9, 2008, in conjunction with the Sigma Pi Sigma 2008 Quadrennial Congress.
