SPS Editor Positions
September 2012, College Park, MD—The Society of Physics Students is seeking editors for two publications: Journal of Undergraduate Research in Physics (JURP), and Radiations.
The Editors will work with the SPS Director, the Assistant Editor, and Advisory Boards to craft visions for the publications and to address the review process, deadlines, and the publishing process. Editors will meet with staff at least monthly to provide content ideas, manage and oversee project schedules, and make final decisions on content.
A stipend will be provided to the editor and will be reviewed annually (effort for each position is estimated to average 8-10 hours per week).
